Simply stunning hotel with well-designed rooms and great view out of my window and room. Fantastically friendly, amicable staff members with really good customer service from the valet parking to the front desk staff. Late check-out.

It was a compact hotel and also spotlessly clean. Room was warm enough and functional and the bathroom was beautiful. The staff was accommodating and the building was beautiful. Beautiful garden and lovely pool.

Good staff and location, we loved our stay in the hotel. The room was large with 2 queen beds and had climate control, an individual safe and a sitting area.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, particularly good bathroom and a laptop-compatible safe, a sitting area and a writing desk in the room. I found great Morton's The Steakhouse restaurant easy walk to the hotel. I had the brunch there.

Very lovely stay in an effective hotel. The food was nice, with lots of options. Room was reasonably spacious and spotless with a renovated bathroom...

Bad views and Wi-Fi was very poor.

The experience was pleasant, would like to stay there on the next trip. Absolutely helpful staff, savoury breakfast and original rooms. We also went to city center, located at a medium distance from the hotel. Air conditioning and hairdryer in the room, absolutely fabulous location.

Ideal location, extremely functional room, reasonably large bathroom, efficient folks. Big size suite and comfy bed. Overall clean and NORMAL hotel in Downtown Nashville district. Easy check-in and outstanding customer service.
